SOLUTION: The secondary electron amplifying structure is manufactured by laminating a thin film of MgO, a thin film of a fluoride such as MgF2, CaF2, and LiF, and a thin film of an oxide such as Al2O3, ZnO, CaO, SrO, SiO2 and La2O3 on a carbon nano-tube. The secondary electron amplifying structure has a function of increasing the secondary electron emission coefficient by electrons and ions. |
