Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid powdery cosmetic having high shape retainability and good feeling after applied without the need of significantly altering conventional production equipment therefor. SOLUTION: This method for producing a solid powdery cosmetic comprises the following process: a mixture of powder and oil is sieved using an ultrasonic vibratory sieve 100-800 μm in mesh size and the resultant mixture passed through the sieve is subjected to pressure molding to a specified shape.
