FLUIDIZED BED GRANULATING/COATING APPARATUS AND FLUIDIZED BED GRANULATING/COATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously conduct the batch operation of each step of a fluidized bed granulating/coating process in the fluidized bed granulating/coating technique. SOLUTION: A plurality of functional stations 13 each having the individual step of the fluidized bed granulating/coating process are arranged in an upper treating pat 10 by disposing them at even intervals on the circumference. A plurality of granular particle-housing vessels 22 corresponding to the stations 13 are arranged in an intermediate housing part 20 under the part 10 by disposing them at even intervals on the circumference. Air supplying stations 31 corresponding to the vessels 22 are arranged in a lower air supplying part 30 under the part 20. The vessels 22 coating granular particles are successively advanced to the individual stations 13 and the granular particles are subjected to various kinds of treatments so that the granular particles are continuously granulated/ coated by a batch.
