RICE CLEANING/COOKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that is requires much time and effort to inspect whether the inside of a cleaning tank is stained by the adhesion of foreign matter such as rice bran every time in supplying high-pressure water to clean the cleaning tank as visually inspecting the inside of the cleaning tank in the case where an operator judges that the inside of the cleaning tank is stained by the adhesion of rice bran and dust in rice cleaning/cooking operations and the problem of lowering in quality such as the degradation of the taste of rice cooked following time is caused by the decomposition of residual matter remaining in the cleaning tank in the case where the inside of the cleaning tank is mistakenly judged as clean even if it is not as the degree of stain inside the washing tank is judged by an operator. SOLUTION: This rice cleaning/cooking device is provided with a rice storage part A, a cleaning part B with the washing tank 6, and a rice cooking part C. The rice cleaning/cooking device is provided with a cleaning-tank cleaning mode to automatically clean the cleaning tank 6 by automatically supplying water and a detergent for the cleaning tank 6 when a cleaning switch 8 is ON differently from a rice cooking mode to automatically clean rice automatically supplied from the rice storage part A at the cleaning tank 6 and to automatically cook the rice.
