Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the bonded parts of terminal members to external electrodes hard to break down, even if stress is applied to the terminal members in a laminated ceramic capacitor of a structure, where the terminal members consisting of a metal plate are bonded to the external electrodes of a laminated ceramic capacitor element made of a conductive bonding material, such as solder. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor element 2 is housed in a case body 4, a cover 5 is arranged in such a way so as to shut apertures 13 provided in the body 4, in a state where terminal members 3 are led out from the apertures 13 and the members 3 are held between the peripheral edge parts of the apertures 13 and the cover 5 in the plate thickness direction of the cover 5. Moreover, with projected parts 11, which are engaged with the side of the inner surface of the cover 5 provided on the members 3, positioning pieces 10 with the point parts for making contact with the main body 4 are respectively provided on the inner surfaces of the body 4.
