Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having high mounting reliability. SOLUTION: This display device has a liquid crystal panel (display element) 10, a printed circuit board 1 which is disposed behind this liquid crystal panel 10, a holder 11 which is disposed in front of the liquid crystal panel 10 and holds the liquid crystal panel 10, extension parts 133 which extend to the printed circuit board 1 side and detaining parts 134 which are disposed on the front end side of the extension parts 133. The device has also a retaining member 13 which fixes the liquid crystal panel 10 via the holder 11 onto the printed circuit board 1 by detaining the detaining parts 134 to parts 1c to be detained which are disposed on the printed circuit board 1. The extension parts 133 are provided with projecting pieces (regulating means) 136 which regulate the positions of the extension parts 133 themselves and prevent the disengagement of the detaining parts 134 and the parts 1c to be detained by abutting on a wall part 52 (arbitrary member).
