SOLUTION: The fixed part 11 of flashing 10 is mounted between a modesty panel 22 and an exterior wall panel 21. The flashing 10 comprises the fixed part 11, an outwardly slanted wall part 12, a hanging wall part 13, an inwardly slanted wall part 14 and a horizontal wall part 15. The horizontal wall part 15 is held in the connecting member 1 and brought into intimate elastic contact with an exterior wall plate 20.
