SOLUTION: This hot dip galvanized steel sheet has a composition containing, by weight, C of 0.04 to 0.13%, Si of 0.5% or less, Mn or 1 to 2%, P of 0.05% or less, S of 0.01% or less (inclusive of zero), sol.Al of 0.05% or less, N of 0.007% or less (inclusive of zero), Mo of 0,05 to 0.5%, Cr of 0.2% or less (inclusive of zero), and the balance substantial Fe with inevitable impurities and has a structure essentially consisting of ferrite having the average again size of 20 μm or less and martensite with a volume ratio of 5 to 40%.
