Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the shape of a machined workpiece so as to carry out grinding with higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A control unit 23 is arranged. In the control unit 23, every time when a measurement result is fed from a shape measurement device 31 and error data is stored in a memory, the error data is converted into a mechanical condition in machining according to a predetermined processing procedure so as to be used as position data, and on the basis of the position data, new target input position data is produced according to a predetermined error compensation processing procedure. On the basis of the new target input position data, new profile data is produced for performing finishing. In this way, an error occurring due to influence of deformation of a workpiece because of grinding stress, deformation of a workpiece supporting system, or fluctuation in grinding efficiency of a grinding wheel is compensated, so that grinding is carried out with higher accuracy in comparison with conventional error compensation. |
