Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient production of beverage utilizing effective minerals contained in ocean deep water by subjecting ocean deep water to precise filtration and ion exchange separation. SOLUTION: Ocean deep water is subjected to precise filtration to separate the deep water into concentrated water containing salts and mineral in a high concentration and pure water from which above components are removed and ions in the above concentrated water are selectively separated by an ion exchange membrane to provide the objective mineral beverage. At need, the salts and minerals may be controlled in desired concentration in plural stages by diluting the above concentrated mineral beverage by using the above pure water according to uses.
