Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker which is easy to manufacture and can make a smooth on/off operation of the moving contact, and can generate a large electromagnetic repulsion when cutting off a large current. SOLUTION: In a breaker, the stationary contact 1 is made of a first conductor 1a which forms a terminal 3, a third conductor 1c which has a fixed contact 2, and a second conductor 1b which is a fork connector of the first and the third conductors, and connecting point of a second conductor with a third conductor is positioned at the other end where the movable contact is not positioned but farther than the stationary contact, and on the other side of the terminal, also the first conductor is positioned above the contact surface when contacts are closed so that the movable contact makes on/off motion through the fork of the second conductor. In such a breaker, the fixed contact point is made by folding a flat plate along the boundary of the first and the second conductor and along the boundary of the third and the second conductor separately patterned and developed on the plate, and the devided parts are fixed to contact each other. |
