DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING DISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing disks in which defective products can be accurately separated from good products even when troubles occur and the number of defective products can be suppressed to the minimum. SOLUTION: When troubles occur in the line from a coating stage B to a second position 12 of a device D for stacking and separating disks in the processing steps of each disk 10, and when the period from the time of dropping and applying a cationic UV-curing composition 45 on the coating stage B till the disk reaches a device E for hardening the end face is longer than a specified period, the disk 10 is judged as a defective product by the controlling part of the device for manufacturing DVDs. Or, when operation of the device is stopped at any positions in the period from a supply process through the coating stage B to a first position 11 of the device D for stacking and separating disks, the operation of the device in the downstream side from the first position 11 is continued.
