If, after this, the abnormal conditions still remain, a second-route initializing process will be carried out that proceeds from Terminate 1 State N through Initialize 1 State C. Initialize 2 State D, to Ready State E. If, even after this, the abnormal conditions are still not corrected, a third-route initializing process will be run that proceeds from Terminate 1 State N through Terminate 0 State 0, to Exit State P.
