PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, for a debris flow judgment diagram, by which the debris flow judgment diagram useful for predicting the generation of a debris flow at an early stage can be displayed. SOLUTION: The display device for the debris flow earth judgment diagram displays a debris flow judgment diagram which expresses a correspondence relationship between first rainfall information according to a past rainfall in a first period and second rainfall information according to a past rainfall in a second period. A time acquisition means which acquires information on the calculation time of the first rainfall information and the second rainfall information is installed. A time storage means by which the first rainfall information, the second rainfall information and information on the time to obtain the pieces of information are stored so as to be correlated with each other is installed. A time display means by which the information on the time corresponding to the first rainfall information and the second rainfall information is acquired from the time storage means so as to be displayed near the position of every display point on the debris flow judgment diagram decided by the first rainfall information and the second rainfall information in every point of time is installed.
