DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING CALORIFIC VALUE OF WARM WATER USED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling the calorific value of used warm water, which can control the calorific value of used warm water separately every door and can control the rate of use geared to the calorific value of used warm water separately every door, in an apparatus which supplies necessary warm water to each door separately, using a centralized warm water supply system. SOLUTION: This device controls the calorific value of used warm water separately every door, in a hot water supply system which supplies warm water heated with a central warm water supplier 11 to each door and has a warm water flow rate sensor 23 which detects the flow rate of warm water every door, a hot water temperature sensor 24 which detects the temperature of warm water, a water temperature sensor 25 which detects the water temperature of waterworks used, a controller 31 which integrates and operates the calorific values of used warm water based on the information from the above sensor, and an indicator 32 which indicates the integrated calorific value of used warm water operated in that controller 31.
