Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain sealability of a high-pressure room and to improve assembling property of a scroll type compressor. SOLUTION: Since a seal margin between a fixed scroll 9 and a cover 15 is increased by engagement of a bolt insertion engaging seat 150 of a cover 15 with a bolt insertion part 91, the sealability of the high-pressure room HR can be provided more stably. When the cover 15 is formed by casting, the cover 15 can be increased in rigidity and withstand action of high-pressure gas such as pushing up, and the cover 15 is not floated up. The sealing performance of the high-pressure room can be thereby stably maintained.
