Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that a clinic test schedule contravention example should be dropped off a population of data to assure a reliability in data and a tester is required to grasp whether or not a tester has taken is correctly. SOLUTION: A plurality of medicines are stored in a medicine case. When a medicine is taken out of the case, information concerning time for taking it out is recorded in a predetermined printing sheet. Accordingly, it becomes possible for a patient to record a dosing time automatically in a high reliable recording medium without paying any attention to it, resulting in that it becomes possible to provide a highly reliable data at the time of clinical test. As a result, a high quality clinical test suitable for GCP can be easily carried out.
