PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch which can be manufactured with a high productivity in the same processes as those applied for normal standing pouches and is provided with satisfactory capacity of self standing and ventilation while being available for efficient transportation and storage after being filled with contents and also excellent in an effective display at a store front. SOLUTION: The pouch 100 having a gusset part 7 at the lower part thereof is in a structure wherein a bottom face film folded in two toward the inside is inserted into a lower part between a front and back wall films 1, a bottom part is formed with both sides thereof and end edges of the lower part heat- sealed with bottom sealing parts 3, a trunk part is formed with both of side edges of the front and back wall films 1 heat-sealed with side sealing parts 4 and 4, notches 6 and 6 each in a shape protruding from the bottom sealing parts 3 toward the inside are formed on making up the bottom part at the bottom face film folded up into the gusset part 7 on positions including the lower parts on both sides of the bottom face film, and protuberant parts of the notches are made to form air holes 10 and 10. Devices for easy opening such as notches 8 and 8 are desirable to be formed at an unsealing position of the pouch 100.
