Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional estimation method for estimating inter-element mutual coupling that has caused inaccurate estimation when the element interval is narrower than 0.5λ for the compensation of the effect of the inter-element mutual coupling when the inter-element mutual coupling is estimated from an array element directivity measurement value of all element antennas and a mutual coupling matrix C is obtained and its inverse matrix C-1 is calculated. SOLUTION: The inter-element mutual coupling is estimated separately for a plurality of number of times, the inter-element mutual coupling in the 1st estimate is estimated by interleaving the single element directivity so as to equivalently widen the element interval in place of using the single element directivity of all the elements and the estimation of the inter-element mutual coupling for the 2nd estimate is calculated by using the array element directivity of target elements obtained from the 1st estimate result and the single element directivity not used for the 1st estimate.
