Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by relaxing the stress at an element part. SOLUTION: Electrode parts 3 at both ends of an element part 2 are so formed that their Young's modulus is lower than that of a molded member. Thus, the distortion of element 2 is reduced to relax the internal stress of the element 2, so that the internal stress affects less a joint body 1 as well as the entire thermoelectric power generation module where a plurality of joint bodies 1 are electrically connected with an electrode 2, resulting in an improved reliability. The relaxation of internal stress of the element 2 is acted by allowing the thickness of a low-temperature side electrode 3a to be thinner than that of a high-temperature side electrode 3b. Or, electrodes may be laminated to allow the electrode parts 3 to be of multilayer. |
