Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically functional sheet which imparts high directivity and visual field angle expansion characteristic to incident light and material for the same having excellent mass productivity and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The functional films (reflection films or light shielding films/light diffusion layers) are formed on the patterned translucent conductive films of the translucent sheet having microlenses and the functional films described above. As a result, the optically functional sheet which allows the self-alignment exposure utilizing the microlenses, has excellent light utilization efficiency and has the good high directivity and visual field angle characteristic may be realized.
