SOLUTION: The cavity inside 102 of a drum part 101a is machined according to the outer shape of a basket 130 formed of a square pipe 132, and a bottom plate 104 and a flange part 101b for mounting lid part 109 are welded to the drum part 101a. A plurality of internal fins is welded to the circumference of the drum part 101a, and an outer cylinder 105 is welded to the internal fins. A resin 106 is filled in the space formed by the internal fins, the outer cylinder 105 and the drum part 101a.
