SOLUTION: This duct branching joint 1 for connecting a branch duct to a main duct is composed of a fastening band 2 fixed to the main duct by a fastening means by surrounding the periphery of a branch port in the main duct for boring the branch port in a position for connecting the branch duct and a branch cylindrical body 4 projected on a fastening band outside surface by containing the branch port 3 leading to the branch duct bored in this fastening band 2, and a sealing member 11 is arranged on the fastening band inside surface periphery of the branch port 3 bored in the fastening band 2.
