Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pulley capable of smoothly radiating the heat generated in a radial ball bearing by adding the heat conductive material to the resin material. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of heat conductive material among alumina, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, beryllium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, mica, metal powder and carbon black is added to the resin material of a pulley part 6, which is formed in the periphery of an outer wheel 2 of a radial ball bearing, within a range of 10-40% with the reinforcing material.
