SOLUTION: In a vibration control building in which a central frame part 1 provided with a plurality of story layers is provided, an outer peripheral frame part 2 is provided at outer periphery of the central frame part 1, and a vibration control damper 4 is provided over the central frame part 1 and the outer peripheral frame part 2, an increase means P for increasing an input into the vibration control damper 4 in accordance with the action of an external force is provided.
