CAGE TYPE MULTISTORY PARKING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cage type multistory parking facility capable of ensuring much time for carrying-in preparation work and shortening carrying-in cycle time stably. SOLUTION: This parking facility has conveyance trays 48, 48a which are put on carrying-in and carrying-out floors 11 to 16 so as to unite and separate freely and can move to a vehicle loading part 49 freely independently from the carrying-in and carrying-out floors 11 to 16, a rotary table 24 which is provided at a level of carrying-in floors 11 to 13 and carrying-out floors 14 to 16 in a vertical hoistway 22 so as to turn and in which a fitting hole 23 in which the vehicle loading part 49 can be fitted in play is formed at the center and a row of rollers 56 capable of rotating empty conveyance trays 48, 48a are arranged on both sides in the direction crossing the direction of travel of the conveyance trays 48, 48a substantially orthogonally in the fitting hole 23, and a turning means 42 which is provided in the vehicle loading part 49 and can turn a vehicle transfer device 44 independently from the rotary table 24. A plurality of sets of carrying-in floors 11 to 13 and carrying-out floors 14 to 16 which become pairs are radially arranged around the vertical hoistway 22.
