Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving construction composition produced by using a new artificial aggregate and/or a composite material obtained from a solid oxidized product of asphaltic substance. SOLUTION: The objective composition contains a bituminous composition and an artificial aggregate containing (1) a solid cement material containing (i) a cement accounting for 40-50 wt.% of the solid material and (ii) a solid oxidized product of an aqueous emulsion of natural asphalt from Orinoco belt of Venezuela and accounting for 40-50 wt.% of the solid material, (2) a sodium silicate binder and (3) 0.1-20 wt.% class F coal fly ash material.
