Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a power window motor on a driving side and a cable drum on a driven side, for example, to an inner panel. SOLUTION: In an auxiliary machine assembling structure, a driving side part 3 is arranged on one face side of a panel 1 while a driven side part 9 is arranged on the other side face. In this structure, an engaging means 4 for locking the driving side part is arranged on the panel, a fixing means 5 penetrating the panel is arranged in the driving side part, and a fixed means 10 is arranged in the driven side part. A locking projection 28 to the engaging frame part 4 is arranged in the driving side part. The fixing means is a bolt 5 or a locking frame part, while the fixed means is a hole part 10 or an engaging projection. Waterproof packing is arranged at least in the circumferential edge of the hole part 6 in the panel penetrated by the fixing means 5. Just above the driven side part, a waterproofing jaw wall is projected on the exterior side face of the panel.
