Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker arm which is light in weight and toughness and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A support part 11 of a locker arm 1 is press formed by processes as follows. A U shape bending process is conducted so that a flat plate stock 10 is bent into an U shape so as to form a pair of side wall parts 113 erected from both ends of a stem receiving part 11. Successively, a thickening process is conducted so that a base end part 115 of the side wall part 113 is thickened by pressing the tip part 114 of a pair of the side wall parts 113 so as to form a pair of thickened part 117. Successively, a guide part forming process is conducted so that the thickened part 117 is protruded by pressing the thickened part 117 so as to form stem guide parts 112 to both ends of the stem receiving parts 111.
