Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an expert who understands the technical contents of a mail server is necessary to introduce a mail server and its operation management is costly. SOLUTION: A user server 400 to which one or more terminals 500 sending and receiving electronic main are connected is equipped with an operation information gathering part 410 which gathers operation information on its own server, a transmission part 401 which sends the operation information to a monitor device (repeater station) 300 monitoring the operation state based on the operation information, and a reception part 402 which receive analytic result information regarding the operation state sent from the monitor device 300.
