OPTICAL DISK REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device provided with an optical pickup 31 optically reproducing a signal from an optical disk 1 capable of an offset angle close to 0 in the adjustment of the tilt angle of the optical pickup. SOLUTION: This optical disk reproducing device is provided with a tilt sensor 70 for detecting the tilt of the optical pickup 31 for the optical disk 1, a tilt angle adjustment mechanism 4 adjusting the tilt angle of the optical pickup 31 and a control circuit 5 forming a control signal for the tilt angle adjustment mechanism 4 based on a detection signal from the tilt sensor 70, and the control circuit 5 detects a jitter value of the signal regenerated by the optical pickup 31, and corrects the control signal for the tilt angle adjustment mechanism 4 so that the jitter value becomes minimum.
