SOLUTION: Concerning the demanded service fulfillment of collection, carriage and disposal of discharged waste, this method is provided with a step for providing the estimated unit contract price of a service demand inputted by a fulfillment trader to fulfill the demanded service and a step for providing average estimated unit price data for each kind of service demands from the provided estimated unit contract price.
