PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble in previous inputting medical treatment data and explicitly inputting an input amount 'zero' in an accounting screen, when the accounting processing of actual money reception is to be postponed. SOLUTION: Menu screens for starting each of plural office works such as the entry work and the accounting office work of medical treatment data are installed. In the input office work of medical treatment data, the individual medical treatment behaviors of a processing and a prescription, which are conducted on a patient in one medical treatment, are inputted and they are registered as medical treatment data by individual patients. In the accounting office work, it can be selectively designated whether a medical bill is calculated, based on the medical treatment data registered in the input office work of medical treatment data, it is registered as accounting data by individual patients and a system is restored after medical treatment data is registered, when the input office work of medical treatment data is terminated or the accounting office work is started, the accounting processing based on medical treatment data is conducted and the system is restored to the menu screen, after the accounting office work is stared.
