Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the point that it is difficult to judge where an adjusting variable resistor should be stopped from rotating since the flicker quantity of an object to be measured frequently does not reach zero and a pointer therefore deflects to the right and left at an arbitrary value before it indicates zero. SOLUTION: This device has a sensor part (1) which converts light emitted by the object to be measured into an electric signal, a filter part (3) which detects only a specific frequency component from the output signal of the sensor part, an amplification and DC conversion part (4) which converts the output signal of the filter part into a DC signal, a meter part (5) which specifies as a flicker quantity the variation quantity of the DC signal of the amplification and DC conversion part, a frequency adjustment part (6) which converts the frequency of the output signal before the DC conversion of the amplification and DC conversion part, and a speaker part (7) which outputs the output signal of the frequency modulation part as a sound. |
