REFRIGERATING DEVICE FOR LAND TRANSPORTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device for land transportation reduced in noise and improved in cooling effect. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device for land transportation has an evaporator unit provided inside a refrigerator of a vehicle, and a condenser, a compressor, an electric motor for driving the compressor, an engine and a radiator for the engine provided outside of the refrigerator of the vehicle to constitute a refrigerating cycle connected by refrigerant piping. The compressor, the electric motor for driving the compressor, and the engine are installed in a space covered with panels mounted with a sound absorbing material, of a casing having the space covered with the panels mounted with the sound absorbing material, and an open space provided with intake and exhaust parts outside of the panels, while the condenser, the radiator and cooling fans for the condenser and radiator are installed in the open space of the casing. Noise generated by the engine, electric motor, compressor, and the like which are main noise sources in operating the refrigerating device for land transportation is absorbed and insulated to remarkably reduce noise emitted outside.
