FORM ARRANGEMENT FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW PCa MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture easily even a long-sized PCa member, to enable precise and simple installation and fixation of inner and outer forms with no need of a scaffold and without necessitating skills, to ensure release from the entire surface of concrete by deaeration and thereby to save the time and labor required for stripping. SOLUTION: This form arrangement is constituted of inner forms 2A and 2B which are comprised of core forms cantilevered sideways in a symmetry 10 as structure supporting bodies and of mat-shaped air panels 13 being stuck on the outer surfaces of the core forms 10 and shrinkable by deaeration, and of moving outer forms 3A and 3B which run on rail equipment 4 and are made movable thereby between the position of a state of being fitted to the inner forms 2A and 2B and the position of a state of being separated therefrom.
