Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-raising pot which can effectively give a fertilizer to the seedling, before the seedling is transplanted to a culture area. SOLUTION: This seedling-raising pot is characterized by having (a) a layer comprising a composition A obtained by compounding fertilizers into a biodegradable resin and (b) a slowly degradable layer which comprises a composition B having a slower degradation rate than that of the composition A and is disposed on the outside of the layer (a), without having a single layer structure comprising only the composition A.
