Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust the position of a pin hole for controlling the return light from a multi-layer optical disk. SOLUTION: A mirror 71 is inserted between a beam splitter 38 and a collimator lens 37 since the arranging position of the pin hole 36 is in the forward route of a laser beam 30 for reading the information. A focus is formed between a collimator lens 35 and a collimator lens 37 since the laser beam 30 for reading the information, which becomes the parallel light, is reflected by this mirror 71. The pin hole 36 is positioned at this focusing position.
