PANEL FOR GUIDING UNDERWATER EXERCISE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for guiding underwater exercise which enables a user to select the user's desired program by himself or herself without relying on an instructor and to carry out the underwater rehabilitation exercise or underwater exercise movement utilizing a pool and eventually to easily carry out the exercise described above when having spare time, to make the exercise adaptable to his or her own physical conditions and to make quick and logical treatment or improvement and eliminates the worry about the oppression of the running costs on a facility side. SOLUTION: The panel for guiding the underwater exercise is subjected to a waterproof treatment to allow the repetitive use alongside the pool and is constituted to display program contents in correspondence to the purposes of the treatment and improvement with designs, such as illustrations and color photographs, and explanation text.
