Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made pulley excellent in wear resistance, satisfactory in thermal impact resistance, and hardly cracked even in the use under a condition such that heating and cooling are repeated. SOLUTION: This pulley is formed by use of a resin material obtained by mixing an inorganic fiber, an inorganic powder, an organic fiber and an elastomer to a phenolic resin. The diameter of the inorganic powder is set smaller than that of the inorganic fiber.
