METHOD FOR PRODUCING N-ACYLAMINO ACID AMIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially easily producing an N-acylamino acid amide in a short time in high yield compared to a conventional method by a condensation reaction of an N-acylamino acid with at least one kind of a primary amine, a secondary amine and ammonia through dehydration. SOLUTION: The N-acylamino acid (which may be a salt form) is reacted with at least one of the primary amine, the secondary amine and the ammonia in the presence of a catalyst of a boron compound and in the coexistence of an alcohol as an assistant solvent. When an azeotropic dehydration medium is allowed to coexist wit-h the reaction system, the reaction is promoted.
