PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel noise with a higher performance than the conventional noise cancel by one microphone without providing a dedicated microphone for collecting ambient noise. SOLUTION: An amplifier 33 and a lowpass filter 34 extract a noise signal corresponding to the ambient noise from an output signal of a speaker 7 provided so that its orientation can be the opposite from those of a receiver 4 and a microphone 5. A mixer 35 shifts the phase of the extracted noise signal by 180 degrees, subsequently combines it with an output signal from the microphone 5 and by doing that, reduces the same noise components included in the output signal from the microphone 5.
