PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data throughput in the case of transmitting a message through a low speed communication link. SOLUTION: The idle time of communication links is shortened by utilizing the deferred acknowledge of a message bundle and temporally packing the communication links 16. A transmission system 12 stores a message to be transmitted into a hold message queue, applies a dynamic window to the hold message queue and regulates the message bundle to be transmitted through the low speed communication links 16. The system 12 requests an acknowledge for at least one message in the bundle. When a transmitting station receives a timely acknowledge in response to the requested acknowledge, the transmitting station eliminates all unprocessed messages related to the acknowledge from a retransmission queue.
