Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit that can eliminate errors in charging/discharging speed of a capacitor. SOLUTION: The charge pump circuit is provided with a capacitor C1 that produces a potential difference by a current flowing therethrough, 6 transistors(TRs) Q10, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q14 and Q15 that control the direction of the current flowing to the capacitor C1, a constant current source 11 that sets the current flowing to the capacitor C1, two TRs Q16 and Q17 that select whether or not a current from the constant current source I1 is supplied to the capacitor C1, and a differential circuit 1 that detects a voltage across the capacitor C1.
