Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element which is reducible in size while increasing shield effect against leakage magnetic flux by making a ferromagnetic material stably sit in a synthetic resin shield case of the irreversible circuit element across stripe lines of a garnet ferrite and an internal terminal. SOLUTION: The internal terminal and the strip line connecting with it are interposed in a resin shield case mounted in an upper and a lower case and the ferromagnetic material is inserted sequentially across the garnet ferrite and many insulating films on the garnet ferrite; after the shield case is inserted into the lower case which serves as a ground plate, three dielectric elements and chip resistances are mounted on PCB at the external peripheral edge of the lower case and a connection terminal part where input and output terminals are connected to substrate electrodes is formed.
