Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine composite dielectric that exhibits a relatively high Q and a relatively high relative dielectric constant, employed in use requiring such features (for example, electric parts such as a matching circuit of stripline or impedance, a delay circuit, an antenna, etc.,) and capable of corresponding according to requested features. SOLUTION: The composite dielectric has ceramic dispersed in resin. The resin is obtained from poly vinyl benzyl ether composition, the content of the ceramic powder is a mixture proportion from more than 10 vol.% to under 70 vol.% when the total amount of the poly vinyl benzyl ether composition and the ceramic powder is 100 vol.%, Q in any one frequency more than 500 MHz is above 250 and the relative dielectric constant is more than 3. |
