Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending article supervisory security system usable in combination with a self-checkout terminal. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a system computer, data input means for receiving the entry of data on an article to be purchased, sorting area, with which the article to be purchased is received in the state of attaching an EAS supervisory tag, to be identified by the data received by the data input means, and EAS operation canceler, which is connected to the system computer and made proximate to the sorting area for canceling the operation of the EAS supervisory tag attached to the article to be purchased, for starting the relevant EAS operation canceler only after executing a maintenance check for guaranteeing the regular identification of the article to be purchased with the data received by the data input means in the system computer.
