SOLUTION: When a wiring pattern is changed, a restriction condition take-in means 1 takes in a wiring restriction condition from a wiring data base 5. A means 2 obtaining restriction violation quantity obtains restriction violation quantity caused by the change of the wiring pattern. A changeable position retrieval means 3 automatically retrieves the changeable position of the wiring pattern to cancel restriction violation quantity. A wiring automatic change means 4 automatically changes the wiring pattern of the wiring changeable position retrieved to observe the wiring restriction condition. Thus, restriction violation caused by the manual wiring change can automatically be corrected.
