Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement accuracy of signals to be measured by fixing or automatically adjusting the detection sensitivity of the signals by performing such control that the optical output from a light source is stabilized. SOLUTION: A measurement signal outputting device is provided with first and second photoelectric conversion elements 21 and 22 which respectively convert first and second optical signals upon receiving the signals from an optoelectronic probe and an output circuit 27 which outputs electric signals obtained at the junction P of the elements 21 and 22 to a measurement circuit side. The device adds the voltage values corresponding to the currents flowing to the elements 21 and 22 by means of an addition circuit 30 and causes a current driving circuit to output the driving current corresponding to the variation of the added output of the addition circuit 30 to the light source 9.
