Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pressurizing an interior of a house by sufficiently cleaning or modifying outdoor air and supplying it to the interior. SOLUTION: An outdoor air inlet is provided at an appropriate place of an exterior board of a house in contact with outdoor air. A blower mechanism comprising an impeller is provided to the outdoor air inlet, and a friction brush is provided at the tips of rotating blades. On the other hand, an electrifiable dust-collecting film or board is provided, which is brought into contact with the rotating friction brush, and the dust collecting film or board is charged by the friction, and dusts in the outdoor air are attracted thereto. The dust-free outdoor air is passed through a paper filter, such as Shoji, and sent into the interior of the house.
